The Games, a new ITV reality show, follows 12 celebrities as they compete in sporting events over the course of a week of live shows.
In a series of competitive sports, the contestants will compete against one another.
Here’s what we know about the show, which is hosted by Holly Willoughby and Freddie Flintoff, a former England cricket all-rounder.
What can we expect from The Games?
The six male and female celebrities will compete in the athletics arena, the swimming pool, the gymnasium, and the velodrome, earning points for the medal table.
