According to reports, Biden showed his cheat sheet to the camera while meeting with wind industry executives after skipping a meeting with oil industry executives.
Biden thought about the United States during this meeting. the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn a New York law that mandated “proper cause” before granting a license to carry a weapon outside of one’s home.
Biden briefly displayed his cheat sheet to the cameras while discussing this, allowing photographers to take pictures of the notes.
The “Offshore Wind Drop-By Sequence of Events” instructions emphasize Biden’s actions repeatedly in capital letters.
