Long enough, we’ve been keeping up with the Duggars to know they all love kids. Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar infamously had 19 children, and they now have 19 grandchildren (and counting).
While there were times in the life of the Duggar family when several women were pregnant at once, it seems that only one is currently with a child. And here’s who it is.

There are plenty of little ones running around Jim Bob and Michelle’s property during the holidays, and Jinger recently added one more. She and husband Jeremy Vuolo welcomed their daughter, Evangeline Jo Vuolo, on Nov. 22, 2020. This makes their other daughter, Felicity, a big sister.
“Evangeline means ‘good news’ and Jo is after Jeremy’s middle name, Joseph,” Jinger shared with TLC. “As for Felicity, she is in love with her little sister but has no idea how much sharing is in her future. We are so grateful to God for this beautiful gift!”
This wasn’t an easy road for the couple, either. Back in August 2020, Jinger shared that she miscarried.
“Within moments I knew that I’d lost the baby,” she shared on Instagram. “Tears filled my eyes, sadness cloaked my soul. Having just lost my grandmother months before, the news of new life was like spring lilies blossoming after a dark, cold winter. And in a moment, that life was gone.”

Now that Jinger and Jeremy welcomed their new daughter, that leaves only one pregnant Duggar woman left — and it’s Joseph Duggar’s wife, Kendra Duggar. Kendra and Joseph already have two young kids, but they’re happily expecting their third. At just 22 years old, Kendra’s certainly busy caring for the little ones and preparing for the next baby’s arrival.
The happy couple recently announced the gender of their baby, too. “We are so excited to announce that our tiebreaker is a GIRL,” the couple posted to Instagram. “The boys are outnumbered now! We are already in love with her and cannot wait to meet her!!!”
So, with their third baby on the way, how many children do Kendra and Joseph want? It seems the sky’s the limit. Back in 2018, Kendra told Us Weekly, “As many as He wants to give us, we’ll be happy to take them.”
While Kendra is the next Duggar to have a baby, many are convinced Jessa could be pregnant as well. Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald have three young children of their own, and they seem open to the idea of having more. So far, Jessa hasn’t made any announcements yet — but that hasn’t stopped some fans and critics from speculating.
It seems some fans suspect Jessa and Ben are planning on moving their family into a bigger home before announcing any baby news. The couple’s lived in the same house since marriage, and with more children, it’ll be a tight fit. It’s possible the couple will move first and announce baby news later, but this still remains to be seen.
We can’t forget that Jessa and Ben are also considering adoption. “We could wait until all of our kids are grown and gone and then adopt, but I also think it’s kind of cool to have an adopted child growing up with the other kids,” Ben told Us Weekly back in July 2020.
We’ll have to wait and see what happens with Jessa and Ben. As for Kendra and Joseph, we’re looking forward to hearing more about their little one!
