Gennadiy Golovkin has provided sneak peeks into his training regimen less than two months before his rematch with Canelo Alvarez, his bitter rival.
On September 17 at T-Mobile Arena, the location of their first two encounters in 2017 and 2018, “GGG” and Alvarez will square off for a third time. Alvarez’s Undisputed Super Middleweight Title will be at stake in their final contest of the trilogy.
The Kazakhstani fighter revealed a bit of his training for his major matchup with the Mexican superstar in a tweet. Golovkin posted two images of himself stretching and jogging:

In the four fights that followed his loss to Alvarez in 2018, Golovkin (42-1, 37 KOs) won, capturing the WBA, IBF, and IBO middleweight titles. The 40-year-old last competed in April of this year, defeating Ryota Murata via technical knockout in the ninth round.
